* We accept Paypal. Paypal is safe and secure method of online payment.
* Payment is required in full, within 3 days. Otherwise the order will be canceled.
* Orders are processed once payment is completely made in full.
* All of our jewelry is hand-made once you place an order. PLEASE ALLOW 11-14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY once you have placed your order. The shipping estimate includes the time to make your jewelry.
* We send all merchandise using EMS(Express Mail Service). We will email you the EMS tracking number of your parcel once it has been dispatched. Please make sure that you or someone you trust is available to receive the package upon delivery. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Bliss J does not ship order to post office boxes.
* In accordance with Duty and Customs Law from your country, your purchases could be levied on tax and we will not be responsible for those charges.
* Shipping is only charged for one item. You can purchase as many pieces as you would like per order and you will only be charged one shipping charge.
3. Package Options_Eco-Friendly Package / Gift Package
For daily purchase, we offer “Eco-friendly Package” which is simple but lovely, and use renewable resources for packaging so that you can save the earth.
For special occasion, we offer “Gift Package” which will present someone’s love with delicate sincerity and give great touch for their jewels. Gift-packaging jewelry will arrive in our gift box package with gold ribbon and shopping bag, ready for gift-giving. If you want a gift package, please check "Add gift wrapping" with $3 charge when you place an order.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
* We hope you are delighted with your Bliss J jewelry. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order to avoid returns.
* Due to the nature of handmade items, refunds are only accepted within 14 days from receipt of item, if the piece is mispresented. We will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slips. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. The item you return must be presented in salable condition with all original packaging and enclosures.
* Please note that any associated shipping costs will not be subject to refund.
* We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
* All Earrings, Engraved items, Custom orders cannot be returned. (Earrings are subject to hygiene issue.)
* We will resize your ring between one size either higher or lower than the ring's current size free of charge.
* Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs back and forth.
* We strongly advise you to accurately determine your ring size with our "Bliss J Ring Size Chart" prior to place an order to avoid unnecessary costs.
